How long do I have to pick up my order?

Customers are allowed 2 weeks to pick up their orders from time of fulfillment which is whenever you receive the “your order is ready for pick up” notification.

Extensions will be given during times of extended store closures. After 2 weeks items with no customer response the item will be restocked online & that order will be considered a donation.

When will my order be ready to pick up?

During standard operating hours (Tuesday-Saturday, 11am-5pm) orders will typically be ready for pick up within 1-3 business days excluding holiday or other closures.

Please do not come to the store to pick up your item until you receive the "ready for pick up" notification!

What is your return/refund policy?

Customers are encouraged to inspect the item they purchased at time of pick up as this is the only time we offer the option to make a return & receive a refund.

After 2 weeks if an item has not been picked up or an extension requested by the customer, then your order will be considered a donation to the Memphis ReStore & the item will be re-listed.

Where do I pick up my item?

On your confirmation email or text receipt it will specify Poplar or Winchester ReStore. Once you receive the pick up notification it will also say your item's location.

Please do not come to the store to pick up your item until you receive the "ready for pick up" notification!

We do not transfer items from one store to the other.

Do you ship items?

Our store is not currently set up to offer shipping for all inventory but we sometimes will make exceptions for select items, so message us if you have interest in a specific item.

Pick up at our store locations in the greater Memphis, Tennessee area is our standard store practice for items at this time!

We do have some items listed on our eBay account username "memphisrestore."
