Refund policy

There are no returns. Refunds are only available at the time of pick up or if a customer has communicated they no longer want the item prior to pick up.

We are not responsible for shipped orders once they’ve been handed over to the carrier. No refunds on shipped orders so purchase carefully. We can cancel a shipped order if we are notified before we ship it.
